Kampung Yahim Focus Welcomes PON XX Papua

Kampung Yahim Sentani District has received Phase III Village Fund Allocation (ADD) funds in 2019. Submission of these funds by the Head of Sentani District, Eroll Daisiu, at the Kampung Yahim Office, Thursday, January 23, 2020.

Head of Yahim Village, Arianto Mokay said that the ADD funding of Rp321,696,000,000 would be more focused on welcoming the XX Papua National Sports Week (PON) in Jayapura Regency.

"We will focus on ADD phase III funds to welcome the big PON agenda in Jayapura Regency through community economic empowerment," explained Arianto.

According to Arianto, in addition to building a selling place for people who are eligible for ADD funds, will also set aside scholarships for 80 children of Kampung Yahim who are currently studying in elementary schools and tertiary institutions.

Head of the Sentani District, Erol Daisiu hopes that with the provision of phase III funds in 2019, each village head can give evidence to the activity posts as planned in the APBK, so that accountability can immediately be included.

"We know together that for ADD 2020 phase I in November has been disbursed, so that the 2020 plan can be directed to be able to support PON too," Erol said.

Most of the planning in 7 villages in the Sentani region has been directed to how to pay attention to the national agenda and routine agenda, both at the district, provincial and central levels.
