To make the role of Papuan youths in the progress of human resources sunblock, it is necessary to provide Bidik Misi scholarship for students whose parents are economically incapable.

Suriel Mofu said that thousands of OAP students who were studying at 60 PTS in Papua and West Paua as superior resources for advanced Indonesia must be given a special policy to award Bidik Misi scholarships.

"I have written to President Joko Widodo through the relevant ministries to pay attention to the policy of Bidik Misi scholarship education specifically for native Papuan students 100 percent," hoped the former Chancellor of the University of Papua Manokwari.

He said President Joko Widodo's nawacita program which had made human resource education a priority program for the new cabinet installed in Jakarta on October 23, 2019 was expected to pay attention to the education of young people in the provinces of Papua and West Papua.
