"Ahead of the Christmas and New Year celebrations, we also give kamtibmas messages to local residents, including not burning fireworks carelessly and not consuming alcohol and drugs," he said.

Mamberamo Raya Police Chief hopes the local community can work together in maintaining the Kamtibmas in Christmas celebrations until the new year 2020.

Meanwhile, Christmas celebrations were a happy moment for most of Biak Numfor, Papua province, which is predominantly Christian. The moment was also used by Biak Numfor Police Chief AKBP Mada Indra Laksanta to share happiness with his citizens.

In the Christmas celebration of the Biak Numfo Polres Family, Mada gave a surprise to the children. He wore a Santa Claus costume and distributed Christmas gifts to the children in the Soedjoko Hall of Biak Numfor Police Station.
