According to the Vice Regent, what was most needed in his work was his skill. "We will reactivate the job training center (BLK)," he said.

He said the HR development target in Mimika in accordance with the vision and mission will be realized in 2021. Actually it was realized in 2020 but because there are 3 big events in Mimika so that the development of new HR will be realized in 2021.
