Orgenes stated that after Jokowi was installed, the President would continue the programs that he had planned in Papua. In his second leadership the Papuan people believed that the planned program would all be completed starting from the village administration to infrastructure.

"We see now the electricity in the villages is on. That is why I am grateful that Papua today is partly clear, although there are 1,300 villages that still have no electricity, "he said.

He claimed that PLN had targeted to illuminate all villages and remote areas to remote areas in Papua in accordance with the President's order in 2020 all electricity will be lit. According to him, in the second period there will be more Central Government programs in Papua including the division of provinces, districts and cities that have been needed by Papuan people, one of which is the Province of Tabi.

Orgene Kawai expressed his gratitude to President Joko Widodo who had built many Papua even though there were still those who said it was not appropriate. "In his second leadership, Papuans will all open their eyes, where they will see that we have actually lived a prosperous life," explained Orgene.

"If there are still those who claim that they are not prosperous, then they are lying. We should be grateful that Papua has made a lot of progress. Everyone knows that Papua is now bright from the dark. So today everyone is enjoying something extraordinary, we used to walk, but now we have taken a car, "said Orgenes.

He also hopes that the President can pay attention to indigenous peoples in Papua, because so far it has always been sidelined by the Government of both the Papua Province and Jayapura Regency.

"If indeed the government still remembers adat leaders, if there is a policy, it will be directly given to adat. Because so far the traditional leaders are only as firefighters, but when there are problems called, and when there are no problems, don't pay attention, "he said.
