Commemorating 58 years of West Papua's political manifesto, the United Liberation Movement for West Papua (ULMWP) through Philip Robaha and Bazoka Logo issued an appeal that on December 1, 2019, Papuans be invited to demonstrate which is wrapped up in thanksgiving worship activities in the Trikora - Abepura field, Jayapura - Papua. Unfortunately, ULMWP in its invitation carried out lies against the Papuan people by distorting facts such as writing that history 58 years ago, precisely 1 December 1961 - The first National Representative Council of the Papuan Nation at that time was called (Nieuw Guinea Raad) with the Government of the Kingdom of the Netherlands on behalf of the Queen Yuliana has officially declared the West Papua State Embryo, marked by the raising of the West Papua Morning Star flag and accompanied by the national anthem Hai Tanaku Papua throughout West Papua, which was later referred to as the Papuan manifesto of politics being celebrated every December 1.

Through this invitation, it became clear that ULMWP management including Benny Wenda did not know the history of Papuan integration in the Republic of Indonesia including not being aware of the "politicization and hidden agenda" of the Dutch colonial government at that time who still wanted Papua to become a colony through Ratu Yuliana "pretending" to support Papuan independence. Learning from history, it is not surprising that there is an ambiguous attitude of the Netherlands regarding Papua, on one side the Dutch government bilaterally and in an international forum stated that it supports the integration of Papua in the Republic of Indonesia, but on the other hand the Dutch let many political fugitives from Papua free from living although they always dramatize and capitalize on the fate of Papua to finance the lifestyle of hedonist political fugitives not only in the Netherlands, but also in Britain, Germany, New Zealand, Australia and the South Pacific.

The United Liberation Movement for West Papua (ULMWP), which continues to fight for the right to self-determination, such as the raving of Pilipus Robaha and the Bazoka Logo, is clearly questionable as to what their motives claim.
